I want to share my experience with Lower Shore Vision Center. I had an appointment for my daughter (6) who can be difficult at times due to health issues. As soon as we walked in the door, she was greeted. She was primary and I was secondary, which made me feel like she was important and it made her beam from ear to ear. She was excited and was a little rambunctious, but it never bothered the women there. They would talk to her while I filled out the forms so she could be seen. She was brought back within 5 minutes, if that, and was told she was doing a great job with every step, which she thrives on. When the doctor came in, I was hesitant because of prior experiences with doctors offices. He was gentle, kind, and understanding. Every time she answered a question, he would say "good job!" Once the exam was over, he explained the options and allowed me to make the decision and didn't push anything on us. My daughter was trying on a lot of frames, and the lady working was just the sweetest. She helped me in wrangling in my daughter's attention. She helped her pick out her glasses by telling her sizes and showing her her options. I left and honestly got to my car and cried. I have never felt so cared for, understood and relaxed in an office before. They don't know what they did for a mom who has a daughter that struggles. They may be 45 minutes away, but I will be coming back and will make them our primary vision center. Thank you for all you guys do. It makes a difference.

Always a great visit. I get the attention and answers that are needed. If you looking for a great place to get your eyes checked this is the place. They have glasses, sun glasses and contacts. All around great place.
